DETAILS:
This tutu has been made from two layers of royal blue nylon organdy.
This durable fabric has a stiffness to it and lasts much longer than tutus made from tulle.
The two layers of royal blue nylon organdy have been ruffled and stitched to a blue satin waistband.
Non-roll knit elastic has been encased inside the blue waistband allowing this tutu to stretch to fit many sizes.
Lime green satin ribbon has been stitched onto the hem of both layers of organdy to help the skirt better hold it's shape.
Inside satin seams have been serged/overlocked for a smooth clean finish that will not fray.
SIZE DETAILS:
This tutu will fit waist measuring 34-50 inches in circumference.
Tutu has a finished length of 10 inches.
